Product: DeskJet Plus 4120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Instant Ink colour has run out and black is sporadic - yet HP App confidently tells me that there is plenty of both left. Not due to get more until August unless HP realises! There doesn’t seem to be an obvious way of alerting HP to the problem.
