Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

I just moved to Canada with a relatively new HP Officejet 90201 from the middle east where the replacement cartridges are the 963. Here in Canada they are the 962. I would like HP  to do a Region Reset for HP Officejet Pro 9020 to use HP 962 instead HP 963
