I have HP officeJet pro 6960 printer , and my phone is Redmi Note 4 (android version NRD90M 7.0) .

 

I downloaded the HP SMART mobile application (+ HP Print Service Plugin ) to my phone , and tried to print a doc / docx file via this application  (into "print documents " screen) , but I saw that the application wrote  on those files : " File type not supported"

 

I can print PDF file via this application.

 

Why I can't print doc/ docx via HP SMART application ?
