Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP J4680 printer prints double images where graphic images are present on page. I have replaced the ink cartridges, realigned several times, uninstalled printer driver, reinstalled printer driver and still have the same issue. I have tried the HP print doctor and their test page has a double shadow, if I use a test print from the printer itself the print is perfect. If I just print text from MS Word with no graphics on the page the text is perfect, if there is an image (jpeg or something else) on the page the image and text near the image has a shadow, text father up on the page is clear. If I print a postal mailing label (PDF) the whole label has a shadow.  If I use our other HP 6800 printer, everything is fine. This HP4680 used to work great, then something changed.

 

Please help! I have wasted time and money trying new cartridges with no luck.
