HP Recommended

I just bought a new HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. I filled the ink as explained in the manual and loaded the printer heads. I am using windows 10. I have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor, I have researched the web for hours but I can't find a solution to my problem. This is a new printer why is the ink levels not syncing with my HP Smart app. PLEASE ASSIST???
