Product: Officejet Pro 8600

Hi

For my Officejet Pro 8600, I've always been able to connect via Apps to my Google drive and print with no issues.  However, when I click on Apps now, it says unable to connect to the server.   It shows it's connected to my wireless network and I even reset it, although it never asked me for the network password.

 

I still can't 'connect to the server' so no access to Apps and when I try to insert a flash drive, it only see photos (.jpeg), but not PDF's.

 

I just need one to work...any help would be appreciated.
