Hi HP community,

We bought a 9020 series inktjet printer last year, one of the reason we got this was to print borderless pictures. I have printed A4 fully sized pictures before and those worked perfect.

However this week I am trying to print photos on 10x15 cm (4x6 inch) original advanced photopaper HP paper that I bought in the store (on the box it says it woks with ALL INKJET PRINTERS), and what a mess. I have set my settings correctly, 10x15 cm, photo glossy paper in my computer and on the printer those settings are correctly. It starts to print and makes sounds of printing, and when it is done it flops out with an empty front and 4 ink-stripes on the back. I have placed the photopaper in tray number 2 with the gloss down, which is for photo-paper.

Attached is how the photo paper looks like after printing. Untitled.jpg

This is so frustrating! Anyone know how to fix this problem? There are literally no more settings I can think of that needs to be adjusted.
