Product: OfficeJet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The blue-screen b305dff9 error also affected my 9020 printer.  It seems te be a widely spread issue.  I've numberous times tried to reset the printer, by disconnecting the mains supply, but the problem persists.  Frustrating.

 

How can I factory reset this printer?  Is a bugfix foreseen?
