Product: hp deskjet 2755 all in one

my Hp Deskjet 2755 all in one is cutting of the bottom line or two of text.  I have solved it by saving everything as a pdf and printing at 90% of the original, but for some things this just isn't practical, and frankly I'm tired of all the extra steps.  I've chatted with tech support and reinstalled drivers, and nothing seems to work.
