Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I moved from the USA where I used 952 cartridges to Germany where I can only find 953 cartridges to buy. How do I do a Printer Regionaization Reset so these 953 cartridges will be recognized by my printer in Germany?
