Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to set up digital fax in the advanced setting in HP Smart App for windows 10.   Every time I try it says incorrect credentials, but my email & password are correct?   I did change my password a month ago, so how do I know if the printer has my correct password embedded in its system?  thanks for any help you can give me.
