Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried multiple times to download drivers & software for my Office-jet Pro 8720 all-in-one.

The support webpage says it doesn't have them for my printer? (endless loop trying to get them)

My system is Windows 10 - 64 bit, running wireless to printer. When I run print scan doctor it says I am missing drivers for Scan. Otherwise, printer works OK, but have continual problems with scan function!

Chat bot was worthless.

Please help!!!!!!!
