Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

i have a problwm with my MFP Samsung SCX-4623FN - Scaner problem with Windows 11 64 Bit.

it was working without any pb with window 10 - 64 Bit, now with Windows 11 - 64Bit windows can not recognizes the scanner.

Now i am facing problem with scanner drivers for the definition of the scanner on Windows 11

i have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor , this softeware can recognizes the printer - but when entering the scanner it gives a message "" the software soulation for your producrts is not installed on this coputer " this mean that the scanner driver is not match for win 11.


we need help with new driver to solve that pb.
