Hello
I am having some issues with my designjet t230 purchased last July. Since last week, and when I use custom size papers (24 inch roll), it prints oblique and dotted lines instead of the desired technical drawings. Until then, there were no problems, I have not changed any settings to my knowledge, except the print preview application updated a few days ago.
By the way, when I run a print with preview, the preview is correct on the screen, and produces a bad print.With standard papers (A3,..A1) no particular problem, nor with office applications (Excel, Paint). These problems are related to CAD software (Staircon, Rhino..), I tried a diversion by passing by pdf files, but that causes the same problem.
