HP OfficeJet Pro 9018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just today un-boxed and setup this printer - everything went smoothly - but it prints only blank pages. I Googled a few times "NEW hp officejet 9018 prints ONLY blank" and tried doing the following to get it to work:  1) pulling out the ink cartridges / reinstalling them.  2) unplugging the printer and then press power button for 15 seconds - then re-connected power 3) self clean / self alignment. It still prints only blank pages. I am dumbfounded.   I believe the ink cartridges are full and new - the printer makes the correct sounds and there is no error code from the printer. It sounded like the ink was sucked into the printhead just fine. When I pulled out the ink cartridges there was corresponding ink in the bottom of the print head. I also tried to use copy function - no error messages  - but it did not print anything!  It is like the actual head is missing? But why no print error?   Any assistance would be appreciated!    Please note - I did all of the usual Printer restart, reset, and UN-installed then re-installed printer.  I have never seen an issue where there is no printing occurring when no error message pops up. Also tried different computers and forcing black print only.  Thanks for your help in advance!
