Hi!
I'm having issues installing my DeskJet 3720 wireless printer. After the installation (using HP Smart, which is recommended and should function as driver software) I get the message that the driver is unavailable. I've done several re-installations, removing the printer and the HP Smart software and installing them again. No use. I've tried also PrintScan Doctor, no results. The message is the same - driver is unavailable. I've tried also removing driver files manually, doesn't help either. Some good advice is needed.
