I had just within the last couple months bought a previous one refurbished from a laptop and computer store and it crapped out on me within the first 2 weeks with a battery problem and others. Well I got this one not long after and have had it since but I just got home today from working and the laptop was turned off and unresponsive, went to power it on with the charging cable plugged in and nothing happened. I unplugged the charging cable and my mouse will no avail still can hold the power button for a minute even with nothing happening. I wasn't home to see if it overheated and powered off or if it was just because of my power off and sleep settings. Weird thing to is I left this morning and it was on and downloading games working perfectly fine the night before as well. To come back to this, please help!! I need this for school too I have classes and school work to do! Also just recently upgraded to windows 11
