Product: Hp envy 6020e

My brand new HP envy 6020e printer set up perfectly. Next day went back to complete the job I specifically bought this for and it refuses to connect to the internet. I cannot do ANYTHING and after 2 days of trying am about to return it and write the most blistering review.
