Product: Laserjet MFP M28w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have forgotten the admin password I set to get into the web interface on my HP Laserjet MFP M28w.  Looking in the forum, I found out that only member of HP assistant can send you through DM the steps to factory reset your printer. Is it possible to do the same for me please ?
