Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this problem since I upgrade my hp notebook 4530s to windows 10 which I don't if this laptop is compatible with windows 10. however, I found this problem with the Bluetooth driver I downloaded many drivers from the Qualcomm Atheros website but the same problem still shows... I don't know which driver I should download?! i tried also the generic Bluetooth adapter and still not working.
