Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 and I am trying to replace all four ink cartridges and keep getting a response "the indicated cartridges is older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer. It can still be used in older printer models." These are the same exact ink cartridges I have used 952XL, which is also exactly what the HP sticker states on the top of printer and ARE NOT refills. Do I need to do a factory reset? Is this a fireware bug? How do I get this fixed? I have important work that needs to be printed and cannot print, copy, scan anything!
