Hi, im having trouble connecting my wireless printer.

 

The blue wireless light is on, i am connected on the printer to my network. But when trying to print something off my laptop i get an error. I have restarted, unplugged, system restore, restarted my WIFI and nothing seems to work, On the "HP Smart App" status says "Printer Status known"- I've downloaded the HP Pinter & Scan Doctor and that didn't work.

 

Ive checked my wifi and it's states its connected. Not sure what to do from here
