I was wondering if i can even set up my printer in my hotel room. I am struggling on step 2 already. I cannot find the printer network “Hpsetup…” on my iphone in settings—>wifi

So being in a hotel, it’s essentially public wifi with a generic password but HPsetup… network isn’t even showing up on my phone. 

i have a mobile hotspot device if anyone knows how i can use that instead.
