I just bought an HP Office Jet Pro 8025e and it works well other than the scanner. The copier works but when I scan with either the document feeder or flatbed  the quality is very bad. Print is barely legible. I use a Mac with OSMonterey 12.0.01.

 

I had an HP Office Jet Pro 8620 before buying this one and it scanned perfectly.

 

Any thoughts how to rectify this or is there a problem with this product??
