Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently use a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 which uses 955 Ink Cartridges. When I installed my brand new 955 cartridges i bought last year to replace my ink, it indicates that the cartridges are generation cartridges that don't work with my printer. The cartridges are from the same batch that I purchased last year.
