Hello,
I've had my HP OfficeJet 4655 for a few years, and it has been printing completely fine until I moved it today and accidentally unplugged the power cord from the printer (not the wall) while it was on. It became disconnected from my wifi, and now it will not connect to my wifi at all. This is the process I've been trying:
1) Go to Wireless Settings
2) Toggle Wireless to On
3) Selecting my wifi network and entering the password
4) Getting an error that says "Unable to connect to the network."
Everything else on my wifi network is connecting fine and operating as normal. I've also tried to do a factory reset on the printer twice which did not work and seemed to make the problem worse -- it still doesn't connect to the wifi and now my computer doesn't have a printer listed in its devices.
Let me know if I can provide anymore information -- thanks in advance.
Update: I took it to my friends house and it connected to the wifi there just fine, but it still won't connect here.
All my other wireless devices are connecting to the wifi at my house, just not the printer.
