Running Mac OS Monterey-- Although I have connected my HP Envy 5540 Printer to my WiFi Network successfully, since I installed the new Mac OS (12.0.1), the printer appears "offline", although it is on and connected. I have already followed your troubleshooting guide, to no avail. The Wireless Network Test gives the following Attention point:
" More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matched your wireless network name (SSID). If this is not intended your HP printer may connect to the wrong wireless network. To avoid this, change your wireless network name (SSID) to be unique. If you change your network name, you will need to configure the SSID on all wireless devices to match your new network SSID"
As far as I know, I only have one router and an extender. Until Mac OS 12.0 was released, I had no problems. What's going on, and how do I fix it. With the printer like this, I can't print or scan. I use the printer every day, and without it, my workflow is paralyzed. Time to buy an Epson?
