I am disgusted with their policy, Waited almost an hour to talk with technical support and three transfers, and I did it happily. Only then to be told they could not help me answer a small technical difficulty "Printer offline" even though full connection is there, because my printer is "out of warranty" Lady said I can give you number to buy a new HP printer...yeah, because that is what I want to do now. anyone else experience this? Buyer beware.
