HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After installing a new 920 XL cartridge in my HP Officejet 6500A Plus.  It will not print.  making sound like it is but page is blank.  Also checked the levels of ink.  It says the black ink is empty.  Bad ink cartridge???
