HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Product:  K7C85A

 

I was trying to use the "Printables" section provided on the printer screen and was given a connection error:

 

"Connection Error:

 

The printer could not connect to the server.

Check the internet connection or the proxy setting."

 

The printer is connected to Wi-Fi and prints documents sent from my phone with no issues. I've tried restarting the printer and my Wi-Fi and the proxy settings are set to "off."

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
