Product: HP ENVY 5535 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Followed Virtual Agent  to clear a scan/copy problem. Unplugged from printer and then wall outlet. wait 30 seconds. plug all back in. Code CC4EB9343 comes on screen with power button light and all screen lights flashing. Whats up?
