Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Smart tank 550 and recently have come across a problem that I can't seem to fix.

 

The printer will print out the word or pdf sheets but it does not fill the whole page, it just fills the top left-hand corner, but when i go to print out pictures it is fine.

 

 I have deleted the app and all relevant apps, uninstalled the drivers etc, restarted the laptop, then downloaded all files off the HP website and it still does not print out the written word to fit the page.

 

Any help, please.
