Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi..am unable to scan with HP Deskjet F380 on my Windows 10 Laptop. Followed the instructions of HP Print and Scan Doctor as well as HP Smart several times but showing the same error message as "software is not fully downloaded/driver for scanner is not in place". Could you please confirm Is HP Deskjet F380 scanning feature is compatible with Windows 10 Laptop, if yes please support to resolve this.
