when trying to scan multiple pages using the document feeder on my HP office pro jet 7740, i keep getting an error message. only started doing this the last week or so. i can scan and send single pages no problem but not multiple pages.  also i can send multiple pages to scan and email using my mobile app but just not through my imac which ois on the monteray operating system. any suggestions how to fix?

 

i have tried uninstalling and the re-installing the HP smart app, done update on the imac, switched both on and off etc but nothing is working.
