I have the same printer which has been working fine until today with a MacBook Air.  Firstly said no paper, but there was paper in the tray, found default setting was no paper, couldn't unblock this.  Eventually uninstalled printer and it now won't add it back.  It keeps saying printer offline but my husband can print from his computer no problem.  Have disconnected printer and switched back on.  Downloaded HP Smart and downloaded drivers for printer from there. Have reset printer settings completely on computer. Have now run out of options.  It just keeps telling me either printer offline, or unable to add due to error.
