HP Recommended

I have tried to reset my hpsmart password 12 times. Every time I go through the steps and choose a new password I am taken to an error message.

Server error

X-request-id followed by a bunch of numbers and letters

and

correlation-id followed by numbers and letters.

I can't print and I can't log in to fix the problem.
