For the Love of God I *need* HELP! I've been working on this for THREE HOURS now.
My Brand New WiFi printer (HP LaserJet MFP M234dw (7DEE33) S/N VNG3M***** (I have the full S/N but not sure if I should share it online) won't connect to the wi fi and I cannot get the printer registered to my 123 Smart app, nor can I get this website to find it by S/N and or product number.
It's status shows an orange blinking light.
I Am SO FRUSTRATED!!!
1) Upon getting the printer a month ago, it connected perfectly and automatically.
1A) There have been no changes to the setup (ie - same router, same mac, same printer...I just moved the mac from one room to the next).
2) I have rebooted the printer, the wi fi, and the Mac MULTIPLE times today.
2A) I've also uninstalled the driver per the Help files - now I can't reinstall the driver - it won't choose a driver.
3) The ONLY significant change I've made is installing a program called "papercut" so I can print remotely to another printer (which shouldn't affect this printer since it's right next to me, as is the router.
Please, please help. I've read EVERY Help page and it's a vicious circle with no help.
