Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of a sudden my HP Officejet is "Offline" according to the HP Smart App. I scan documents all of the time and suddenly I cannot. I have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor and there are no issues.

I don't know what to do.
