Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Printer will not print.  Can print test pages from HP website, etc but an actual document off my MAC desktop, will not move it out of que and print.  I have deleted the printer and added it again.  I have reset the printer, router and my computer, still a no go.  I have updated the firmware and when trying to download the HP app, my computer OS does not meet requirements for HP app.  I can use the HP scan App and scan but can not print by hitting the computer print icon.  Thank you for your help.
