Hello,

Today i faced an issue with my Hp Omen 15 power adapter. It was charging completely fine but suddenly stopped working. I tried unplugging and replugging but it did not help. I tried different power sockets and it didnt work but later worked. When i came back to the original socket i was using it on, it worked then stopped again. I looked at some troubleshooting and followed the steps given in this particular article:

I followed all three solutions given in there and it did work and i was able to use my charger again for 2 hours but it stopped working again. When i conducted the component tests and my adapter started working again, it said that my battery, power source and adapter passed the test but this issue happened again. Can someone please let me know what could be the cause of this and if there’s a way to fix it?
