Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I have continually not been able to log in to HP Smart's website for scanning and other subjects. I have reinstalled HP Smart several times, restarted my MAC, printer and modem (though that should not make a difference) several times, yet I still receive this notice:
"We're sorry, something went wrong
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue. If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.
(Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0100)". So after some research, I have found that this is not uncommon, but there does not seem to be a sure fix. Please advise.Add-on: This is also the case for https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/u/ There is no error code when I attempt to login, but the message is:
Something unexpected happened
We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later.
