Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP,

 

I have a simple request.  Where can I find the directory where this goes to and the download/setup .exe file?  HP Smart from the app store is not working properly and everything is wanting me to go there without providing me an alternative.
