Product: HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer

I recently changed broadband supplier and since then the printer says it is not connected. I have tried turning printer off and on etc. without success. I'm in my 80's and need basic instructions to understand please. Also updated computer, so that has been turned off and on. Not sure if I have "touch screen" as the instructions did not align with what I understand regarding the touch pad on my printer.
