Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6878
My printer keeps saying, I need to clear a paper jam. I have done all the steps to clear a jam (there was none) and replaced everything correctly. Turned off the printer and restarted it. It still gives me the paper jam error. I then looked up the error code: 0x6100004a. I tried to follow the steps to clear the error code, found at https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/ish_2836202-2836250-16. But, when I get to step “3.Turn the power on and wait for the carriage to move.” The cartridges do not move to the center, so I am unable to take them out. And therefore cannot get any further in clearing the error code.
What else can I do?
Thank you, Tracy
