Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My older HP D110 printer will not recognize passcode on my new fiber optic BGW320 gateway. Test Report says SECURITY FAIL. I have tried  Setup Wizard and contacted AT&T. They split to 2.4 & 5 to see if printer would recognize on 2.4   Still would not take password.
