Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear HP colleagues,

 

unfrotunately the firmware update is not possible for my printer what causes that eprint is not working anymore. I tried it on several ways, but it is not possible to update on OJP8600. Could you help, please?
