Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Envy 7640 All in One printer that I am having issues install the drivers on a Windows 11 PC. The printer worked fine on Windows 10 prior to the upgrade.. I can get the printer to work but I can't get the scanner to work. When I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor I get an error message saying the scanning software is not installed.. I tried uninstalling the old driver and reinstall the latest diver but that did not fix the issue. Is this a compatibility issue with Window 11? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
