I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer. After replacing an ink cartridge with a genuine one, I tried to print a document and got the message "Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP''. I turned the printer off and on, but the problem persists. I used the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility to find out the ink levels. Under the black cartridge, there is the message ''shaidFailure''. Under Status, the other cartridges read either ok or low. If I replace the black cartridge, will the problem be solved? I installed it six days ago.
