Hello Guys,

A week back i have purchased a HP Victus Gaming Laptop, from yesterday(08-08-2022) i have used the laptop for more than 3 Hours but the battery percentage is stuck at 99%.

I tried troubleshooting the issue steps from Google/YouTube but still Battery percentage is stuck at 99% & its not draining.

 

Note:-

On 7th battery was at 33% while shutting Down.

on 8th tried powering on the Laptop but wasn't powering on.

Then connected Charger &  it started charging from from 0 to 99%.

Then used laptop for an hour on 8th and today 9th using it from past 3 hours but still Battery percentage is at 99%.

 

Please help me with this.
