Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am running Windows 7 on a desktoptower.  The first time I print everything works fine.  The next time I click on print, the window screen opens blank - nothing.  The print preview and the buttons are not there.  I can restart the computer and print works the first time, then it is gone again.  

 

HP Officejet Pro 8610

Dell Optiplex 9020 running Windows 7 64 bit
